Leslie Geffen, L.M.T.

Leslie is a nationally certified Massage Therapist and has been practicing for over thirteen years. She received her bodywork and holistic health education training at the Institute of Pshycho-Structural Balancing in Los Angeles and the National Holistic Institute in Northern Ca.

Her training includes both western and eastern modalities, deep tissue, athletic massage, which assists in injury recovery, pre-natal massage, and stress management.

Starting out her career, Leslie was a massage therapist at a prominent San Francisco hospital helping to conduct a study of the effects of massage therapy and healing. She spent nine years as a spa therapist for the Four Seasons Resort, Aviara in Carlsbad, and has had a private practice in San Diego for over 2 years.
