 San Diego Center for Health is a sports medicine based healthcare center conveniently located in Mission Valley. Professional services include chiropractic, sports injury evaluations and diagnosis, physical and manual therapies for neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction, spinal decompression, sports conditioning, pre and post-operative therapy, Graston Technique®, Kinesio-taping®, Endermologie®, physiotherapy modalities, exercise rehabilitation, physical exams, pre-participation sports physicals, digitial imaging, nerve conduction velocity testing and custom-fitted orthotics.

Dr. Rumel Llantada and Dr. Mindy Mar are also certified chiropractic sports physicians/practicioners® via the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians®.  Both doctors have extensive experience working with a variety of athletes in the NFL, PGA, MLB, NHL and Team USA Olympics. The Doctors at San Diego Center for Health utilize a science and literature based approach with chiropractic care that treats the body as a whole through functional assessment, orthopedic and neurological exams, diagnostics, chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue mobilization techniques and exercise rehabilitation.
